Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Azen CRM (Azen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Azen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Azen.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) Use of Azen
Azen is a business software platform to manage sales pipelines, contacts, and related workflows. You agree to use Azen for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3) Account and Security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4) Intellectual Property
Azen, including all content and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5) Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations
Azen is offered on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annual). Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.
- Auto-renewal: renewals occur at then-current prices unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Trials: if a trial is offered, charges start automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Seat changes / proration: if you change seats mid-cycle, charges may be prorated per our billing system configuration.
6) Pricing, Taxes, and Invoicing
- Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/IVA in Mexico).
- We may update prices with prior notice posted in-app or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- Mexico: if you require a CFDI 4.0 invoice, provide complete tax details during checkout or via the billing section within the same month of the charge.
7) Refund Policy
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, seat reductions mid-cycle, or unused services. If a mandatory refund applies under local consumer law, we will comply with that law.
8) Payment Processing
Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card details. Your use of third-party processors may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
9) Service Availability and Changes
We may add, modify, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. We are not liable for outages due to maintenance, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11) Compliance with Consumer Rules
We provide clear information on subscription duration, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Cancellation is available in-app without undue friction. If local consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights prevail.
12) Privacy
Your use of Azen is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, unlawful activities, or risks to the service or other users. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription.
14) Governing Law and Venue
If you reside in Mexico, these Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and disputes shall be brought in courts located in Mexico City.
If you reside in the United States, the laws of the State of Delaware apply and venue lies in Delaware state or federal courts.
Mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence will apply where required.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
