5) ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection)
You may exercise your ARCO rights by emailing help@e-zion.com. Your request should include: full name, a copy of your ID, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and any data or documents that facilitate our search. We will respond within 20 business days and, if applicable, implement the requested action within 15 business days after our response, in accordance with the LFPDPPP.
6) International Data Transfers
We may transfer data to service providers located outside your country (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics, email providers). Typical providers include Stripe (payments), AWS or similar (cloud), and Cloudflare (network). These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards and restricted to the purposes described in this Policy.

Azen is not directed to children. Do not use Azen if you are under 18.
12) Mexico-Specific: CFDI Invoicing
If you require a CFDI 4.0 invoice, provide complete and correct tax details during checkout or in your billing profile within the same month of the charge. Requests after that period may not be possible due to tax rules.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and may notify you via in-app notice or email for material changes.
